5) swimming in the ocean, doesn't get any better than that. got pretty beat up this weekend though lolz... but it was still amazing!

6) new nightlife concepts like Mingle and Plei that finally realize some of us are grown and tired of paying 20 bucks to get into a place just so we can buy 10 dollar drinks and have unwelcome fabric covered cocks grind on us all night... OVER IT. (actual review of Mingle and Plei coming soon, like next post soon, hopefully lolz)

7) Stevie Wonder in the Volkswagen commercial lolz i just saw it RIGHT now and it made me laugh and it makes me happy... i enjoy when ppl just accept the things ppl see in them as faults and poke fun at it... some of us need to learn to stop taking things so seriously sometimes :)

Thank You For...

1.) coupons! thanks to my babe... i am now the coupon queen! lolz i used to think it was penny pinching... but hey... wuts wrong with pinching a few pennies!? ;P

2.) old photos! i can't stop looking at this old photo of my grandparents with my dad and all (most) of his brothers and sisters (my aunts and uncles)!

3.) growing up... the past few weeks i've had to weigh this really heavy decision... and it was just so hard and so scary... but because i've grown into (what i think lolz) is a mature and well rounded adult, i was able to face my fears and just do what was important... and not just what was easiest... its nice to know sometimes that growing up isn't as crappy as they made it out to be when u were younger lolz :P

4.) Bertollin instant dinners... mmm if u haven't tried one... then u need to get on it! this one is my faaave!

5.) horror movies... even when they're crappy lolz (i'll be reviewing two of the Horror Fest IV (2010) movies soon)

6.) soft rock... me and my Bae watched Vh1's 40 Most Softsational Soft Rock Songs lmao... yeah thats the real title... because of my mom i have always had sucha big soft spot for soft rock of the 70s and 80s so this was like the greatest countdown ever for me lolz... here's a favorite:

so i have decided to take a cue from the lovely Lollipop Loves and dedicated a weekly post to 7 things that i am thankful for! (good idea huh? lolz ;) ) so here i go...

Thank you for...

1.) the long weekend with my lovely lover pants!

2.) Pho! even though i almost burned my hand putting it in a bowl when i got home (remind me to avoid getting it to go ;/) btw mine come sans onions.

3.) spur of the moment DIY projects!!!! i'm so in love with my new re-fabbed vest! i'm like maybe 65% done... so i'll share pictures, maybe even an OOTD ;), when its complete :)

4.) upsets... to be specific... NCAA mens basketball upsets... i don't know if too many of my readers care about this... but Kansas got took out quite early... and everyone... well damn near everyone... including our president had them to win everything... i think its awesome that so many unexpected wins and losses happen this season... keeps things spicy... too bad for Georgetown tho.

5.) the great southern California weather!!!!!!! yaaaaay!

6.) Kmart... for the great bargains and hot online shoe selection... stop hiding these gems from us! lolz (see My First Bargain Orgasm and really Kmart, really?!)
